Ini kerana ramai netizen berpendapat wajah Elfira mirip dengan wajah pelakon remaja popular juga berasal dari Filipina iaitu, Andrea Brillantes.

Ramai yang bersetuju bahawa persamaan antara dua selebriti berlainan negara ini adalah kerana keunikan kening tebal yang dimiliki mereka.
