Genap dua tahun rumah diserrbu pihak p0lis, anak kepada bekas Perdana Menteri, Nooryana Najwa Najib mengimbau kembali peristiwa saat mereka diuji. Memuat naik tiga keping gambar ketika malam kejadian, Nooryana kongsi keadaan menyedihkan bapa tertidur di bilik zaman kanak-kanaknya yang sudah tidak digunakan selama 10 tahun.

It’s been two years since the police surrounded our family home and forged an entry. They knocked on the door and asked for Daddy. They claimed they wanted to ask Daddy a few questions relating to 1MDB. Daddy being the cooperative man that he is, didn’t feel the need to hide so he welcomed them in. One policeman entered followed by many others. Turns out they weren’t there to ask Daddy a few questions. They came to raid the house and turned it into a media spectacle on the first night of Ramadan. I recently came across these pictures. The first one is a pic of the group of police entering Daddy’s bedroom. The second picture is my tired Mummy resting on Daddy. Despite the shock and stress, Daddy could still sneak in a little smile at 3am. 🤦‍♀️ But the third pic gave me the chills… The day after the raid, Ashman was looking for daddy but couldn’t find him in his usual spots – his room, study or living room. Turned out Daddy was asleep in my childhood room, located at the very end of the hallway upstairs. No one has slept in that room for more than 10 years. And I think daddy hasn’t stepped foot into this room since I was 16! The room is full of my old dusty books, boyband and Michael Owen posters, girly toys and boxes of my childhood memories. Somehow he made his way across these boxes and snuggled in between my pink sheets. Fatigued from the events after May 9th, he just needed to catch a short nap. But he couldn’t make himself sleep in his own room. I suppose when you’ve witnessed a group of policemen treating your private space like a crime scene, your daughter’s girly room felt like a much safer and calmer place to unwind. Ini semua ujian Allah tetapi Alhamdulillah Bossku tetap sabar, tabah and….never give up. One day, these pictures will become distant memories for me…But they will always serve as a reminder that no matter how low you feel, don’t underestimate your strength to get back up and move forward. 🤲🏼🙌 #ramadanreflections #bossku #courage

Imbas kembali kejadian dua tahun lepas, Yana memberitahu p0lis datang ke rumah dan meminta kerjasama bapanya untuk menjawab  beberapa soalan berkaitan 1M.DB. Tanpa berselindung dan beri kerjasama sepenuhnya, bapanya menjemput mereka masuk. Walau bagaimanapun, p0lis bertindak menyerrbu rumah.

Gambar pertama adalah di mana p0lis masuk ke bilik bapa. Gambar kedua adalah ibunya, Datin Rosmah yang keletihan dan berehat disamping bapanya. Walaupun penat dan terkejut, bapanya masih mampu tersenyum pada jam 3 pagi. Gambar ketiga adalah sehari selepas kejadian di mana Ashman tidak menjumpai bapa walaupun sudah mencarinya di tempat biasa -bilik tidur, bilik membaca dan ruang tamu. Rupa-rupanya bapa sedang tidur di sebuah bilik sewaktu Nooryana kecil, bilik itu terletak di hujung lorong di tingkat atas.

Katanya lagi, sudah lebih 10 tahun bilik tersebut tidak digunakan. Bilik tersebut dipenuhi buku-buku lama, poster selebriti dan kotak-kotak permainan zaman kanak-kanaknya.

Melihat bapanya menyelinap masuk di sebalik kotak-kotak hanya untuk mendapatkan rehat membuatkan Nooryana seb4k. Bayangkan bapa tidak dapat melelapkan mata selepas melihat p0lis menyerrbu bilik seperti seorang penjen4yah, bilik anak adalah tempat paling selamat buatnya. Namun, mereka menganggap ini adalah ujian dan bersabar tanpa mengalah.
